Eldon initially trained with Sumer Northern Ireland, and qualified as a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Tax Adviser while with the firm.
In 2021, he took on the role of in-house tax accountant with a major UK and Ireland construction firm, which provided vast exposure to the issues faced within the construction sector. He then re-joined Sumer Northern Ireland in 2026 as a Tax Senior Manager, responsible for the delivery of compliance and advisory projects, with a particular focus on construction and real estate.
